At Fabulosa Luxury Hair Extension, we operate a state-of-the-art distribution center. We ship orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00pm Mountain Time the same day! Order by Phone.
Canada Delivery:
At our company, you can pick from several different shipping options to find the time frame that best meets your needs.
Economy: 7-10 business days
Allow additional time-in-transit to AK, HI, and PO Boxes
Standard: 4-5 business days
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please enter your street address so we can send the product(s) to you.
Rush: 2-3 business days
We only deliver to street addresses, not PO Boxes. Please enter your street address below.
Express: Next business day
We’re unable to ship orders to PO Boxes. For shipping purposes, please provide your primary residence or work address. Although we try our best, delivery times are never guaranteed and may take longer depending on your location.
Shipment Costs
After you submit your shipping details, the costs will be calculated and shown. Before entering your credit, card information and confirming your transaction, you will have the precise delivery cost in your hands. We use a number of carriers to ship in order to guarantee timely, safe, and dependable delivery.
Shipping Information of Prime Importance
Please double-check the accuracy of your address entry. Despite the fact that we have mechanisms in place to help standardize addresses, make sure to double-check that a suite, apartment, or unit number is included if appropriate. The delivery of your order may be delayed by incomplete address information (Main St. vs. Main Ave. vs. Main St. NW). Orders that are delayed or incorrectly routed as a result of inaccurate information are not our responsibility. If you need help changing the address on an order you’ve placed, please contact us.
Return Policy
If you’re not totally satisfied with the color of your Fabulosa Luxury Hair Extension, don’t worry! We are happy to exchange them for a different color within 5-7 days of receiving your order, as long as they remain unopened. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept exchanges for items that have not been worn or tampered with in any way. Before returning your item, please let us know your reason by sending us an email; If you return your extensions (items) without letting us know; we may not receive you return goods, and there will be not refund. The return item should be trackable package method; we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please be advice that the original shipping cost is not refundable; the shipping for return items is the responsibility of the buyer. We are happy to assist you with your questions and concerns before placing your order.
Be sure to include the TESTER piece from your set of Fabulosa, as it is part of the full set! The TESTER may NOT be dyed, cut, or altered in any way if you want to still receive a refund for the extensions or a color exchange! For some extensions we provide testers.
Exchanging Order
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn, or tampered with.
Within 5-7 days of receiving your order, you may exchange Fabulosa Luxury Hair Extensions, PROVIDED THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED OR TAKEN OUT OF THE PACKAGING. The packaging of Fabulosa Hair Extensions includes a unique security seal that can detect whether the extensions have been removed from the cardboard backing on which they are fastened.
You can only return a Fabulosa hair set for another set within the same range; otherwise, your exchange will be processed as a return.
